Off the Waffle serves authentic Belgian Liège waffles made from yeasted dough and Belgian pearl sugar, available in savory and sweet varieties. All produce is organic, and the restaurant uses organic eggs, nitrite-free bacon, and Eugene-roasted coffee. Operating downtown since 2009, they are open daily for breakfast and brunch.
