Palace Coffee Roasters is a coffee roaster and café in downtown Eugene that sources beans directly from El Salvadorian farmers and roasts them locally each week. They serve freshly brewed specialty coffee drinks and handcrafted espresso alongside fresh-baked pastries made in-house.
